Diamond Mosaic: Jewel Sort Puzzle · Last updated: July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Diamond Mosaic: Jewel Sort Puzzle (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App. We built the App to be as privacy-respecting as possible: there is no account, no login, and no server of our own — the App does not operate a backend, and we do not collect, store, or see any of your personal information ourselves.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier to let you play the App. We do not operate any server that receives or stores your gameplay data.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

The App stores the following locally, on your own device only, using standard local app storage. This information is never transmitted to us and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App:

  • Your level progress and completed levels
  • Your booster (hint / magic wand / reshuffle) charge counts
  • Your sound, music, vibration, notification, and language preferences
  • Whether you have seen certain one-time screens (e.g. the welcome dialog, a rating prompt)

3. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google. We display four ad formats: banner ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads shown between levels, rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward), and app-open ads shown when you return to the App.

To serve and measure these ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, device information, and general engagement/interaction data with the ads shown. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy, linked below. We do not receive or store this data ourselves — it is collected directly by Google's ad SDK running inside the App.

Consent (EEA / UK users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent form the first time you open the App, so you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising. You can change this choice at any time from the App's settings, where a “Manage Ad Privacy” option is shown whenever your region requires it.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, the App will ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any cross-app tracking identifier (IDFA) is used for advertising. If you decline, the App continues to work normally and ads are still shown, but they will not be personalized to you based on your activity in other apps.

4. Notifications

The App can send you local reminder notifications (e.g. a daily nudge to come back and play, or a reminder if you leave a level almost finished). These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your own device — no notification content or scheduling data is sent to us or to any third party. You can turn notifications off at any time from the App's settings, and you can also manage notification permissions from your device's system settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App is listed on an app store under a children's or family category, please note that advertising shown may be limited to non-personalized ads in accordance with that store's policies and applicable law (such as COPPA in the United States).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all gameplay data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App, or by clearing the App's data/storage from your device's settings. We have no copy of this data to delete on our end, because we never receive it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature or a change in the advertising or notification services we use. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change whenever we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
