Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Diamond Mosaic: Jewel Sort Puzzle (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is a casual jewel-mosaic sorting puzzle game provided for entertainment purposes. Levels, boosters, and other in-App content are provided “as is” and may be changed, added to, or removed in future updates at our discretion.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store terms (Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ad formats. Some in-App boosters (hint, magic wand, reshuffle) can be recharged for free by choosing to watch a rewarded video ad; the reward is only granted if the ad is watched to completion. Ads are provided by third-party advertising networks, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisement shown, or for any third-party website, product, or service advertised.
As of this version, the App does not offer in-App purchases. All in-App currency, boosters, and unlocked levels have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, transferred to another account, or used outside the App, and exist solely for use within the App.
The App, including its artwork, design, sounds, code, and all other content (excluding third-party advertising content, which belongs to the respective advertiser or ad network), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App relies on third-party services (including Google AdMob and its associated User Messaging Platform consent tool, and, on iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework) to function as described. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where superseded by mandatory consumer-protection laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
