By downloading or using Pro Cheat Codes For GTA (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Unofficial fan app: Pro Cheat Codes For GTA is an independent, fan-made reference guide of publicly known cheat codes and tips. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the Grand Theft Auto™ / GTA™ trademarks. All game names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive (nominative) purposes only.

Informational guide only

The App displays cheat codes, tips, and related information for reference only. Codes and their effects vary by game, edition, platform, and version, and may change or stop working. We make no guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or currently functional, and we are not responsible for any effect that using a code may have on your game or save data.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where the law permits.

Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob (app-open, banner, and interstitial), including a consent (UMP) flow and, on iOS, an App Tracking Transparency prompt as described in our Privacy Policy. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for it.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law.
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the App, its ads, or its supporting infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The App's original design, layout, text, and branding are owned by XMTech. Third-party trademarks and game content referenced within the App remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XMTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
