Privacy Policy

Tenmate - Numbers Tiles Match (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a number-matching puzzle game published by XM Technologies. This policy explains what information is handled when you play, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we store on your device

The app keeps your game data locally on your device only: your level and progress, coins, remaining boosters and hints, an unfinished board so you can resume it, your Daily Challenge history and the trophies it earns, achievements, and your settings. We have no accounts and no servers of our own — this data never reaches us, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.

The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or health data. There is nothing to sign in to.

2. Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads, served by Google AdMob. AdMob is the only advertising provider in the app; we do not use ad mediation, so no other ad network is present.

To serve, cap, and measure ads, Google may process: advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, Apple IDFA on iOS where permitted), IP address and the coarse country or region derived from it, device model, OS version, language, and ad interaction data such as impressions, clicks, and video completions. We do not receive or store this data ourselves.

The app shows four kinds of ad: a banner at the bottom of the menu and the board; an interstitial at the start or end of a round; an app-open ad when you reopen the game (never on your first ever launch); and optional rewarded video. Rewarded ads are always your choice — you only see one if you tap to watch it, in exchange for hints or coins. Declining never blocks progress, and the same hints and coins can be earned by playing or bought outright.

3. Your ad-consent choices (UMP / GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app shows a consent dialog on first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Personalised advertising data is only processed if you agree there. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Me → Privacy Preferences, and withdrawal takes effect on your next ad request. If you decline, you will still see ads — they will be non-personalised (contextual) instead, and there will be no fewer of them.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking permission to access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalised advertising. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not accessed and ads are non-personalised. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The prompt is shown after the consent dialog and before any ad loads. Saying no does not limit any part of the game.

5. Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases: coin packs, booster bundles, and Remove Ads. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — payment is made to them, not to us, and we never see or store your card details, billing address, or store account. What reaches the app is only whether a purchase completed, so the coins, boosters, or ad-free state can be applied on your device.

Remove Ads is tied to your store account rather than your device, so Me → Restore Purchases can bring it back on a reinstall or a second device. That restore is a conversation between your device and the store; it tells us nothing about you. Apple's and Google's handling of purchases is covered by apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Analytics

The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting service of its own. We do not track how you play, which levels you reach, or how long you spend in the game. The only reporting that exists is the aggregate delivery data Google produces for the ads described in section 2, which tells us how many ads were shown — not who saw them.

7. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

8. Data retention

Your game data stays on your device until you delete the app; uninstalling removes all of it, permanently and immediately. Google retains advertising data according to its own policy, linked above — we have no access to it and cannot delete it on your behalf. Your purchase history is held by Apple or Google, not by us.

9. Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will act on it. Ads are delivered through Google's systems in line with its families and content policies.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the ad-consent choices described above.

Because we hold no personal data ourselves, most requests are exercised directly through your device: delete the app to erase everything it stores, reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings, and use the ATT and consent controls above. Me → Privacy Rights in the app collects these in one place. You may also contact us at the address below, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Security

Game data is stored using the standard, sandboxed storage provided by your device's operating system. As we operate no servers and transmit no personal data ourselves, there is no account and no database of ours for an attacker to compromise.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here and the date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
