How do I play Arrows – Escape Puzzle?
Tap an arrow to fire it off the board. If its path to the edge is clear, it flies off. If it is blocked, it turns red and you lose a life. You have 3 lives — clear the whole board to win. Boards get bigger and busier as you level up.
I removed ads but I still see ads — what do I do?
First, close and reopen the app. If ads are still showing, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the Remove Ads section. If the issue persists, email us with your order details:
iOS Your Apple Order ID from your purchase confirmation email.
Android Your Google Play Order ID from your purchase confirmation email or Google Play → Account → Order History.
Can I get a refund on Remove Ads?
All refunds are handled by the platform store:
iOS Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Android Open Google Play → Account → Order History, find the purchase, and tap "Request a Refund". Alternatively visit Google Play Refund Help.
I lost my level progress / streak after reinstalling the app.
Progress, streaks, and badges are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove all local data. We recommend not uninstalling if you want to keep your progress. Unfortunately, we cannot restore locally lost data remotely.
Note: the Remove Ads purchase is tied to your store account and can always be restored via Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do hints work?
You get 5 free hints. After that, tapping the hint button shows a short rewarded ad — watch it to reveal a safe arrow to fire. Hints are always optional.
What happens when I run out of lives?
You can watch a rewarded ad to refill your lives and keep playing the same board, or restart the level from the beginning with full lives.
The game crashes or has a bug — how do I report it?

iOS Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version.
Android Your device model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S24) and Android version.
Also include the level number and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
Is Arrows – Escape Puzzle free to play?
Yes — the game is completely free to download and play. It is supported by ads (banners, interstitials, and app open ads). You can remove all non-rewarded ads with a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase in Settings. Rewarded ads are always optional and only shown when you choose to watch one for a hint or extra lives.
How do daily challenges and streaks work?
A new daily challenge unlocks every day. Completing one extends your streak. Miss a day and your streak resets. You can view your streak history and trophies in the Collection and Challenge tabs.
