Orbit Well: Gravity Pool
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Orbit Well ("the Game", "we", "our") is published by XM Technologies. This Policy applies to every platform the Game is available on, including iOS (Apple App Store).
In short: we do not collect your name, email address, location, or any personally identifiable information. Your game progress is stored only on your own device. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use a device advertising identifier to personalise those ads.
No accounts, no analytics. The Game has no sign-in and contains no analytics SDK of any kind. We do not track your sessions, your scores, or how you play. We run no server for the Game, and it never sends your data to us.
The Game saves the following locally on your device only, using the platform's standard local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us:
iOS This data is managed by iOS and may be included in your iCloud Backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled.
Uninstalling the Game deletes all of it. Because it is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered or transferred to another device.
The Game is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display a banner, occasional full-screen ads between runs and when you open the app, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward such as a power-up or a second chance.
You never have to watch a rewarded ad. Declining one only means you do not receive that reward; the rest of the Game is unaffected.
AdMob may use the following to serve and measure ads:
On iOS, install and campaign measurement also happens through Apple's SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, which is how advertising is measured when you decline tracking. Apple — not the Game — sends the ad network a report that an install happened. Those reports are aggregated, randomly delayed and contain no identifier for you or your device.
Ad data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. To opt out of personalised advertising by Google across all apps and sites, visit Google Ads Settings.
The Game can create an image of your run and pass it to your device's own share sheet. What happens next is up to you and the app you choose to share with. Nothing is sent to us, and the Game does not upload your score anywhere.
Orbit Well is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Game, contact us and we will address it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
