By downloading or playing Orbit Well ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The Game is published by XM Technologies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The Game, its artwork, sound, name and code remain our property.
The Game is free to play and is funded by advertising, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch for an in-game reward. The Game currently offers no purchases. Advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.
Ads are supplied by third parties, and we do not control their content. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
Scores, achievements, discoveries and streaks are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data, deletes them permanently. We keep no copy and cannot restore or transfer them.
We may update, change or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time. Game rules, balance and features may change between versions.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will run on every device.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, arising from your use of the Game.
This licence ends if you stop using the Game or if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game.
We may revise these Terms. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and continued use of the Game means you accept them.
